At Maverick, we have employees from various backgrounds and industries. Starting out, many of our team members didn't have logistics education! Their eagerness to learn and constant strive to improve has brought them success in a not well-known industry!

A key contributor to each employees success and what makes them a valuable asset to the company is their individual talents. Friendly and endearing traits help us retain customers and build a strong bond, while having a technological background helps us stay up-to-date on all the latest logistics technology. Members with sales experience identify prospective customers and help utilize different selling and marketing techniques to promote our company! Working as a collaborative team is how we define success and there is always room and time for each member to expand their talents.
